DON'T ORDER FROM FLORA NICHE, DISAPPOINTMENT!!

I ordered flowers for my wife on our wedding anniversary 9th September 2013. It was for 24 red roses in a bouquet. When she received the roses I found out by her that there were only 19 red roses in the bouquet instead of 24. She did not know that it had to be 24. This is how the florists make there money as the receiver never knows what was to be sent. This is not the first time that Flora Niche messes up my order and then they try to fix it by sending more flowers. That does not work. The Florist that is sub-contracted to Flora Niche which done the delivery is Okasie Florist in Hermanus. So whether Okasie only got the order for 19 roses from Flora Niche or that Okasie just decided to make an extra buck by saving the money on 5 roses could also be possible. Bottom line is they both and I am sick and tired to be ripped off by Flora Niche and or Okasie Florist in Hermanus.
