Please help me. I am trying to locate a parcel which was sent to us at the beginning of January 2013 from the United States. The Customs number the company gave us is CJ049927838US. We have still received any notification or correspondence regarding the whereabouts of this package. I have tried calling the mail centre, but the phone goes unanswered. Thank you.
