Universal Roofing was Great!

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with the company Universal Roofing. We requested a quote for our company's roof to be repaired and waterproofed and promptly received the quote the same day. We then paid our deposit as required and to my amazement they were here the very next day to begin the job. The staff sent to do the work were polite and efficient and extremely tidy and had the job completed by that same afternoon with not a stitch of debris or rubbish remaining on the property once they were done. The following day I received the final invoice and not even 10 minutes after I had send the final confirmation of payment I received a copy of our 2 year workmanship guarantee.

I know it is a sad world we live in when simply getting the job done properly and providing good customer service is a notable achievement but I was truly blown away by the professionalism, promptness and efficiency of the service provided by Universal roofing and will definitely employ there services again in future. I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle free roof repair.
