Is this normal and .where is my Parcel

26.08 I received a Tracking Number

12.09.2013 i went to the post. A nice Lady explain to me - on 29.08. it was delivered to West Gate? - May be it is here in our Office.

20 Minutes later a Lady comes ask me why I ask for the parcel and I'm sure i don't take it already. I explain to her - no i haven't. Now she ask from where comes this parcel and who is the sender. I explain to her i win some thing on bid or buy and i have no idea who is the sender. She explain to me she don't understand that i don't know this datas.

20 Minutes later she explain to me she found my parcel in Epping - to get the Parcel I have to write a Letter to her - I like to have this (my) parcel - I explain to her - she can fill out a form - i will sign them - because i have lost the Parcel - The SA Post lost them. I ask her to phone me to come and sign this form. She never come back

Today i went to the Post and ask her for the form i have to sign. She explain to me i have to give her a handwritten Letter. Now I phoned Herr Manager - he phoned me back and told me i have to write a Letter to her to get my parcel.

Again - The Post know where my Parcel is - why they not deliver?
