Missing parcel

On the 10th of October 2013 a parcel was sent to me from Somerset Wes. Inside is material I ordered and payed for. After nothing in my post box at the end of October I enquired about it at my local post office (Viljoenskroon). They told me the parcel never made it to Viljoenskroon (it's destination). The local post office told me to phone your call center. I spoke to Mapule who promised to make some calls and phone me back. After hearing nothing from her for a week I phoned her again - only to hear that it was last scanned in Welkom (which I can see on your website by the way) and that I should fill in an enquiry form at Viljoenskroon. I filled in the form. It has now been nearly a month since then and I have not heard anything yet. I'd like to know what happened to my parcel and if someone in your employment it. Are you going to take responsibility? The tracking nr is PE798837333ZA.
