SA Post Office
Post office will not give me my parcel

I received study material at the Grahamstown branch. I've sent someone to collect the parcel on my behalf using an official post office form sent to me by the post office indicating the person collecting the parcel's details. It clearly states that one ID document is required and yet the lady was told that her ID book was not enough and mine was required??? Can someone please explain why you would even send me such a document if it of no use, and how am I supposed to get my parcel if I am unable to go to the post office?
