We have been waiting for a parcel for over a month now and when we go to the post office with the tracking number the employees look on their system and the package is there but their excuse is: "We can't find it no if we do we'll bring it" when will they actually go through all the trouble to find it? When you complain to them about the air- that doesn't work on the public side but only on their side they say "Ahh we will fix it" which never happens. It stinks and is especially hot in there but nothing is done to help. There is cockroaches... the place is unhygienic. This is not the first time that we have had a problem with parcels that they can't find then they send you to the post office in Onverwacht just so that they can tell you it's at the Lephalale branch. Or there is only 1 person at a time that helps you while the other sits there and looks pretty or stands in the back and makes jokes while there is a line that is going outside the door... Their overall attitude stinks both at the Lephalale and the Onverwacht branch.
