Crooked dentist

I actually have a complaint about a prosthodontist who will not supply me with a proper tax invoice for the almost R100k that I have paid him for dental implants. Discovery Health suggested that I contact the HPCSA and raise a complaint, but it seems they have more than enough complaints of their own! I actually got through to their telephone lines yesterday but was told that as it was 4:30 they couldn't help me, as they close at that time. I have been unable to get a reply since and the website also appears to be unavailable. Maybe I should just rather report this guy to SARS for tax evasion.
