I had a bad experience with a dentist and wanted the counsel to hear about it so the situation could be resolved.

I felt that the dentist took advantage of me, even though she was not sure of what they were doing.

I have had to incur thousands of Rands in expenditure due to seeing that dentist and still have a few more procedures to be done.

I reported my grievance in May 2012 and till this date nothing has been done about the situation.

I was assigned an individual Mr Maluxole who was supposed to help me with my case. Whenever I send information he fails to give feedback. I have to send an email requesting feedback from him and when he finally responds its days after the fact.

Initially I sent a fax and when I wanted a status update months later, that is when I was informed that the copy received was eligible.

I have sent numerous emails. I have blind copied a third party who receives my attachments, but Mr. Maluxole has stated that he doesn't receive my emails or sometimes my attachments. I only got that feedback after sending numerous emails and a phone call.

I feel the way my case has been handled is appalling.
