In Viljoenskroon when u get at Muncipality they are always offline and cant help u, and its going on now for 3 weeks. Then they tell u u have to go to Kroonstad, u drive all the way to Kroonstad Muncipality and when u get there u have to wait almost an hour and if u finally come to some to help u then they tell u they cant help u. They send u to or 4 diffrit people and nobody whant to help. Then u just drive back to Viljoenskroon and email the Muncipality in Kroonstad and Viljoenskroon about ur acoount problem and then they dont even respond and when u phone them also they dont answer phones or disconnet u.

So how do u sort ur problemes out with muncipality account cause nobody in Viljoenskroon or Kroonstad whant to help
