Private is no better than Platinum

Received a letter stating that "Ons deel u met geno? mee dat u lening oorgeplaas is soos deur u versoek.".

1. I did not request my account to be moved as stated so even the statement is tantamount to.
2. Contacted Private on 2012-12-13 and no-one could provide an answer as to the reason and entity that requested the transfer.
3. E-mailed Private also on 2012-12-13. They sent a request to Absa Home Loan Dept. No Reply.
4. Received a call from my private while she was driving or busy with something else. I received some generic reply and getting to the bottom of the matter sounded like too much trouble for this lady.
5. Sent another e-mail on 2013/01/08. No reply.

I would like know from ABSA who requested that my mortgage be transferred and whom approved the transfer?

If ABSA can about the reason for transferring my mortgage then what else can they about.

Will most probably be moving down to Platinum as Private adds no value and I can get the same frustration for less money. Sounds like a bargain but I should perhaps move banks but better the devil you know...
