Very urgent like in yesterday. My mother s bed ridden I went to pay het phone is still locked Vodacom Irene Mall

This has been the 3rd time that my mother's phone is blocked. I paid yesterday R1200 and something and an assistant told me that it will be activated. The rest of the balance is payable I think it is R400 at the end of the month for March. My mother can do any transactions on her FNB. This is totally unacceptable. The staff must get retrained. My mother is lying in Rusoord Lyttelton in Centurion in Cradock street. Unlock het number at once 082 460 72 62. I drove from Lyttelton to Irene Mall. This is the 3rd time this happen please intervene at once
