On saturday 25 June 2022 I phoned Kaapagri Darling to find out if they have stock of feed for my sheep. They had no stock. Years earlier Kaapagri was a farmers koop. Now you will only find chips cool drinks sweets at Kaapagri. Today my wife phoned Kaapagri in Ceres to find out if they had feed for our sheep. The employer of Kaapagri said they did have. She drove 130 kms to go fetch the feed. Upon arrival she was notified they did not have stock.
On Kaapagri website there is a banner. "Customer service is an attitude not a department" talk is cheap
