Has stock but can't find it

I went to the Centurion branch to buy a Major Tech Daily/Weekly Timer (Item # 39414) on Saturday.
On the website it shows that all stores have stock available of the timer.

But no stock was found at Centurion even thought the website and in-store system shows they have stock.
Waiting 30 minutes for staff to look for the items and they come back with "Eish, we can't find it"

Asked them to confirm if Woodmead or Silverlakes branches have any in stock that they can find.
Came back with yes, Woodmead has 8 and Silverlakes has 6 they can find.

Driving to Silverlakes on Sunday and same story, can't find the stock. And they know nothing about the call confirming the stock.

Going to Woodmead today and exactly the same. 8 on system but nothing on the isles.
Can't find the items anywhere.

Utterly discussed with Makro and the service I received. How can both systems show something in stock and then nothing is to be found? Even after calling and confirming with different branches if they have stock.

Why advertise and show something in stock if you can't find the items?!?
