Bus being late

The buses from Johannesburg Park Station don't take people of Giyani serious. Everytime the last people to get the bus is people from Giyani. We strongly condemn this bad behaviours from people of city to city Johannesburg park station. Why do you write times which you know you won't leave follow. We condemn this behaviour. You should treat all your customers equally so, not by race nor by their language they speak. It's very unfair that people arrived early at your station and get the bus very late. It's very unfair that people get to their destination very late and it is not safe. Your time frame should match with the time which is written on the ticket. You can't let people wait for the bus until 9 to 10, while you know that the traveling hours are also 7 to 8. You expect people to arrived what time? You are SO WRONG. YOU SHOULD DO BETTER JOHANNESBURG CITY TO CITY PARK STATION. I REPEAT TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS EQUALLY
