BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES

This morning I drove all the way to Dischem Canal Walk, as I wanted to buy the 6 pack Pampers sensitive wipes that was advertised on pamphlets and on theirwebsite. Upon arrival I could not find it and I ask one of the ladies on the floor to help me find it - she had NO knowledge that you even get the Pampers in a 6 pack and I had to show it to her on the pamphlet. She informed me that they didn't have in stock and I asked if I can then get a 4 pack with 2 single packs (which would have equalled 6) and they said no. After explaining that I drove all the way just for the wipes, the receptionist had to audacity to tell me to phone next time t - I'm annoyed by the following: 1. Why advertise a product that you don't have in stock and 2, why is it my responsibility to phone Dischem to find out it the product is in stock if they advertise that they have it.

When I got back to the office, I phoned the manager and he was very unhelpful. He said I can't get a 4 and 2 single packs as they get the 6 packs at a better price. He did't even offer to phone me when the stock finally arrived.

I feel this is FALSE advertising and Dischem will not see me again
