My parcel was sent on overnight on 05 July 2022, paid R185.00 for original documents to be sent to Durban.
we got a call to say that his vehicle was hijacked on 06 July but he only contacted us on 07 July, midday, he took no responsibility knowing that my parcel was very important that is why we sent overnight.
when we called to see how he can help, he was absolutely rude and didn't even apologise or try to refund the money that was paid, it didn't matter to him that we are his loyal customer and didn't make any attempt to help. he was was very rude and refused any help and also didn't want to talk to me, he said that he would put down the phone while i was talking to him.
