Arrogance

Derek Rausch is one of the most arrogant man I have ever come across. Derek manufactures knives with a CNC machine. Heaven forbid that a person should ask any questions regarding the quality of the said product or question even mildly the manufacturing process. He is lax to answer any questions regarding his product and comes across as a man who thinks he is blessed with a superior intellect compared to anybody he talks to. His knives seem descent, at first glance, but like I said don't even think about asking any pertinent questions or seek to understand his manufacturing process or steel quality in any better way. You must just swallow whatever information he deems is necessary for you to have. Unfriendly, arrogant and needs to go on a sales course for beginners.
