A previous complaint was lodged against Derek Lappin from Autozone head office where he gave the instruction to Autozone boksburg not to accept incorrectly supplied product in return for credit - the product was supplied incorrectly, as verified by the part# on the box, and when confronted in person, Frikkie of the Boksburg branch of Autozone refused to take the product back and wrote in writting on the invoice "No returns, as instructed by head office" after calling headoffice Derek Lappin telephonically refused to communicate with me, and forwarded me to his attoryneys who in the interrim have attempted to recover the money for the incorrectly supplied product -

After leaving numerous messages for the CEO Wayne Lorraine-grews to contact me, he has failed to do so, i can only assume that it is through the incorrect information that Derek Lappin has provided to Wayne. All communication has been recorded and will be taken further WARNING - DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCT FROM AUTOZONE, IF THEY SUPPLY INCORRECT PRODUCT TO YOU, THEY WILL REFUSE TO ACCEPT THE PRODUCT BACK FOR RETURN EVEN IF THE PACKAGING IS UNOPENED, UNDAMAGED AND IN PERFECT ORIGINAL CONDITION.
