I have bought all my tools and machines from Adendorff since the first day I visited them. I was only dealing with Adendorff and told everyone at that stage to go there BUT in that same period I was not in need of any accessories for the tools I bought OR questions around the products. When the need arise for accessories for some of the tools and support or questions, both of these could not be given. I am sitting with tools that need accessories etc. that they don't keep??? I had to get information on machines I have bought that was quite serious to understand or get, relating to operation or parts in question. Information was scanned and emailed to me that was not in the manual at all but furthermore I would like to know that why did they not supply this one page document with the machine? Another issue is that the machine that you but that is on display comes with solid steel parts (in my situation with the MACAFRIC 393 WOODWORKING MACHINE), I received plastic parts in place of the steel ones??? Support / lack of knowledge - part supplied with last machine can not be explained by any staff at this branch - now its back to Frikkie again .. who or what are these products about
