I have been purchasing Ela bread for a number of years now, i have never expirienced a problem, in my view it is a superior quality bread compared to other offerings, and the only flour based product that has no preservatives. We freeze quantities of the bread and consume them over time, with no problem of mold or compromise in quality.
Overall a very tasty and affordable product.
