Faulty vehicle

1. The price of the car was initially R114000, but when I received the contract it was a R126 000.You knew quite well that I didn't have any other means of transport whilst im in Cape Town and pushed up the price. I have asked you if the car have no problems mechanically and you told me that everything was checked and it is 100% ok (that is why I was prepared to pay all the extras, but when I drove the vehicle whilst still in Cape Town, the first day after collection, the car didn't even want to make a normal turn, because of the CV-JOINTS which was damaged. I had to wait another week for the repairs to be done.
2. When I first saw the car I showed you the dents and the paint overspray on the Bumpers and you said you only polished out scratches and have not done any spraywork.
3. I have asked you if there was any body work done on this vehicle and you said no (Barloworld wont buy cars which was in an accident), but I was at a renowned Panelbeater shop and show them the paintwork and they confirmed that body work was done indeed on the vehicle and they was confident that it was in an accident.
4. Now the vehicle suddenly looses power and switches of during driving? You dont answer..
