Selling pre-f@cked cars as "pre-loved" cars

I recently bought a 2011 Vw Amarok form Inspectacar Silver Lakes. A month after purchasing the vehicle the gearbox and differential started making noises. I took the car to Vw to look at what was causing the noises. Vw phoned me back saying that they are unable to work on the vehicle as they assume that the vehicle was in an accident and that the vehicle is not aligned. The lifted the vehicle and showed me that most parts on the vehicle was re-sprayed and THAT THE SUSPENSION IS RUBBING AGAINST THE FUEL TANK!!!

This is all after the salesman numerous times assured me that the vehicle was never in an accident. After investigation from my side, I found that the Dekra 101 test did state that the vehicle had body and paint repair. Surely the dealership could have told me or corrected their statement before I signed the contract?

I now sit with a R240 000 ticking time bomb which I must transport my 1year old daughters with! I have a job that requires me to drive long distances, yet I am to scared to go 10km down the road. I bought the vehicle thinking it will be a safe and reliable tool for me and my family...

Come on Mr Gary Farrell, step in and take responsibility of the matter!
