TOTAL RIPP OFF

On the 17 december 2013, I asked Ink Station to produce my A4 Double Sided brochures? They sent me aqoute of R999 wich i paid. After many exuses and emails they requested an extra R250 for extra design fee. More than a month later on the day i sign the proof as print ready, the sales guy calls to say he made a mistake a month ago by under quoting me and that i need to pay more money. i immediately demanded to speak to Kurt the owner who refused to see the unfairness in it all. All he could say was "i'll gladly give your money back. the joke in it all is he had the nerve to charge me for four copies and design. What a rip off, be carefull who you deal with. Not even guys who call themselves businessman can be trusted. if hew one he could atleast half met me halfway.
