Poor Service and bad Attitude by Sell Direct

I recently took out a contract with your agent Ashfaque and after numerous calls to my number the deals was concluded.

1. Special comments were made that before delivery the company was to phone me and see where I am, the driver just arrives at the branch and pressurized us that he was in a hurry, he was quite arrogant. This was on Thursday 30 January 2014
2. Upon receiving a call on Friday 31 January 2014 to activate the contract I was informed that I had unlimited calls to Telkom Mobile numbers only. This is when I logged a dispute because I am certain I was informed that I can have make unlimited calls to Telkom numbers.
3. The consultant obliged and logged a dispute, on Monday I received a call from a Randle advising that they have listened to the recording and the consultant mentioned Telkom mobile, Randle was quite arrogant and rude to me.
4. I then asked him to call me on Tuesday at 10am so he could play the recordings to me, however this didn't happen. Was it a plot to delay by one day so my 10 day return of goods policy falls away?
5. I received a call from the same Randle on Wednesday morning at 9:03am lost for words and said he had a "bad patch ": yesterday. I
