CAUSING REAL INCONVENIENCE & PASSING THE BUG!!

Ms Chetty called on the 24th to offer me a vitality mobile package and take it over from my cell c contract package for the remaining months. I asked her specifically several times if this will not affect my Wats App and BBM and she told me over and over that only my BBM will not work but because they offer me more data my Wats App will certainly work. So I asked her nicely not to activate it until the 29th but she went right ahead to activate it on the 26th. Due to the early activation I lost my BBM activation, my Wats App activation, including my free minutes. Where are the 100free minutes she promised? Why is my Wats App not working? I told her I do not like suprises thats why I asked her several times to make sure I understand what was at stake but she rather gave me false information!! Now when I called to tell her I do not want Vitality Mobile anymore and she must just revert me back to my old Cell C package deal, now she tells me I must pay an extra amount should I need my Wats App working. I have been inconvenienced for 5days now and I cannot contact anyone on my BBM and my Wats App!!! She now passed the bug. I want this to go away just as quick as the activation kicked in.
