Failure to ensure customer received benefit card

They are a rewards program that stated deducting money from my account in July 2013, to date I have not received my benefits card to access the benefits that I have been paying for (R1100 in total). Numerous phone calls and e-mails later they still deduct my money monthly with still no way for me to access my benefits! It just make sence to me that they wait with activation after confirmation that the client actually did receive their card!
