2 Months and still no UCount Card or benefits

I registered for the UCount rewards program on 21 June and received my confirmation sms and the promise that I would receive my card soon. I still have not received my benefit card (or any points obviously) and cannot get hold of the relevant help. I've tried phoning twice and have also sent mails to the contact centre (when I could not get hold of then telephonically) with the promise of getting a response within 24 hours. It has now been more than a week already.

The first instalment was already deducted at the end of June and then again at the end of July but still no card. I could have earned a lot of points already but now I am just paying the subscription fee for nothing. I am considering rather cancelling this service.

Please can somebody help me?
