Vasco and customer ganging up on paying custome

I was @ Poole lounge parklands nd was paying 4 drinks 4 me nd a friend we decided spur of the moment 2 play some slots @ 8 for relaxation
I started putting money in nd lost a woppin R2000 i then determined i would get my money back on the other slots i moved & started still ordering drinks i spent over R3000 in a couple of hr.
At 23:30 i was starting 2 win and was now playing 2 slots at the same time because the entire night in there was empty i was starting 2 get some of my hard earned money back.
A lower class man dressed rather shabbily clutching his R20 and even though there was a OPEN Slot he started to DEMAND that i now cash out and because he is there i should F OFF? i proceeded 2 tell him that i was NOT finished and there is more machines 2 go play he verbally abuse me nd my friend and 30min later when i eventually wanted 2 cash out but keep my machine HE pushed in while Vasco backed him?
my complaint revolves around the fact that i was bullied into leaving a paying machine so that a unpleasant man with max R50 to spend at grandslots (Sun international) was favored and helped 2 get 2 the slot, over someone with money 2 burn
im appalled by this kind service.
