CANCELLED SIM CONTRACT - BEING BILLED

I had cancelled my sim contract with yada-yada in November last year via email to (cannot mention name).
Every month till date this company has been trying to debit my account for R160 which i will not pay for as per my cancellation!
My bank charges are being raised and i have to pay for this which clearly isn't fair!
Initially i was being sent a new sim card but have not received it & neither did i sign for it. I cancelled this on the 11/11/2013 @ 14:29 PM.
I do not appreciate this at all & if this does not stop I will be suing the company and the contact person in charge & speaking of which, I would like to know who will be paying for the debit order charges when it bouncers? As i will not pay for it & will be sending YADA YADA the bill! THIS IS RIDICULOUS & also when i did try and cancel long before this date, the guy kept telling me i'm in arrears which he made me pay for!
PLEASE GET THIS SORTED OUT- OR I WILL TAKE THIS UP FURTHER
