Poor Movie Quality and Management

Went to watch the premier of Fast and Furious 6 last night, lady made a nice speech getting us all excited that we were the first in the world to watch the movie, trailers come on and there is clearly something wrong with the color, picture quality was a pinkish red color. They restart the shorts 3-5 times as everyone in the theater starts to loose interest and then they come out and say they are having technical difficulties about 3 or 4 times and that the problem would be sorted out in 5mins. Waited a whole hour after that, then told we would get refunded our tickets. Funny how none of the management thought of me working in Rosebank, went all the way to pick up my wife in Midrand to come back to this! and then go all the way back to Midrand at 10pm after standing in another queue to get a voucher/ticket that doesnt even refund me my popcorn, coke and astro combo! I am not angry just disappointed at the lack of quality assurance and saying that the movie was being live streamed from England and yada yada as well as the lack of sympathy as a paying customer. Now i have to come back on Saturday pay for my own combo and petrol as well as look for a baby sitter, i have to pay for!!!
