Wow! What Service!

My husband and I were planning to attend the Bruce Springsteen concert on Sat 1 Feb, and rain was predicted. I did not want to get wet, so on Friday morning started searching the internet for suppliers of rain suits. I did not want those thick yellow suits, so scrolled through the images. I finally found an image that I thought was right on the OLX site, giving the name Lindi and a cell phone number which I phoned and left a message.
About half an hour later Lindi phoned me back telling me what her company had and I asked if it would be possible to still get the rain suits on Friday. She told me she would do her best. I didn't hold much hope!
A little while later, Lindi called me, and told me that she had left her office, driven to the suppliers, and was coming to deliver my rain suits to me before 4.30pm, which she did!
It is wonderful in this day and age of bad service to still have good old fashioned FANTASTIC service.
Thank you Lindi for going the extra mile! I will be telling everyone to use your company.
