Non delivery of speed post

I have been waiting for a parcel to be delivered to me for the past week. the parcel was sent to me via speed services on 31 january 2014. Due to the strike taking place, i have not received the parcel to date. I call the call centre every two days to ask if my parcel is on the way. The agents are unsymphatetic and all they can tell me is that the parcel is stuck in jet park but i cannot go retrieve it because that centre has been closed. speed services charges much more than normal post and the fact that i have paid for the service and am still subjected to the treatment of normal post is pathetic and disgusting. if this is the case, please give me my money back for the service you did not provide SA Post Office! Your agents dont even try to assist poor sods like me with trying to get my parcel to me. Give me my money back and keep your services.
