Bricks For Africa
Non - delivery

We are currently doing renovations on our house. We needed to get new paving bricks and so ordered 5000 odd from the supplier mentioned (whose premises are 5km from our property). Initially I was promised they'd be delivered on Friday 1st Feb, then it was Monday 4th of Feb, then because of rain that started at 4.30 pm (why a truck cant drive in the rain I don't know) it became Tuesday only for me to have now been informed today that that they should be able to deliver sometime later this week. At no stage have they phoned me - I have to constantly get hold of them. I have subsequently found a supplier who is both cheaper and does same day delivery but when I asked for a refund I was told no refunds. I have builders standing around doing nothing that I have to pay everyday. This is unacceptable. I would suggest using other suppliers rather than Bricks for Africa as their attitude and service are appalling.
