Poor Service on repair of vehicle

On 8 January 2014 my Kia Rio had a breakdown (Engine). It was towed to the Mafikeng dealership for evaluation and repairs. Till now 4 February 2014 no decision was made as to the repair of my vehicle. In the meantime we have to struggle on without transport. Surely it is unacceptable for customers to wait for months on end for Kia South Africa to decide if they will repair the vehicle that is still under warranty. Pathetic!!!
