UNFAIR TREATMENT DURING MY VEHICLE BREAKDOWN

I am driving mercedes benz 320 cdi registration number HYT 228 NW.On wednesday 20/11/2013 my car have breakdown because of ignition and steering lock according maemo motors technicians. My car is still on warranty and motor plan and according to Mercedes Benz Warranty and MobiloDrive when your car is under warranty and mobilodrive and have mechanical broblems the dealership where car is being towed to they must be responsible to provide your with a coutesy car when then cannot repair your car within 48 hours. Maemo Motors failed to provide me with coutesy car and Branch Manager also confirmed that they don`t have coutesy car to assist me. I pleaded with them to assist me because i was having funeral of my uncle and in need of transport agently. I reported the matter to Mercedes South Africa customer care and provided me with 1.6 Corolla from Budget Car hire contrary to their warranty and mobilodrive policy which states clearly that during mechanical problems the dealership must provide you with the same capacity of your vehicle but to me justice was never done. I failed my family to organise my uncle funeral because i only received that corolla on friday noon. never trust M/benz SA.
