My wife's vehicle went in for repair on 6 May for an oil leak. As it turns out the damage was far more extensive due to a factory fault. We had been informed that the vehicle would be in for repair for 6 to 8 weeks as parts needed to be brought in from Korea. We asked for a replacement vehicle during the repair as the vehicle only has 50000km on the odometer an the damage is not due to driver error. There is an apparent lack of commitment to assist us with this issue. I have been sent from pillar to post with no clarity on whether or when we would get a rental vehicle. I have had to make 95% of the calls to Kia due to Kia not contacting us with feedback. I feel that this service is unacceptable. I travel extensively and cannot leave my wife without transport. I am in a position where I am regretting that we ever dealt with Kia Boksburg as I do not believe that all dealerships would provide such poor customer care. I want this resolved.
