In Nov '13 they were appointed by my insurance to work on my car. The insurer asked them to contact me to arrange a date. On 13/12/13 they called and said they already have all the parts and have only 4 work days left and I must bring the car in on 6/1/14 and then it will be done in 7 days. On 10/1/14 they said the car will be ready the Monday. On 13/1/14 they said they are waiting for parts. On 17/1/14 they said they can't continue with work due to a dispute with the insurer. On 28/1/14 they send me an sms stating that the car is in paint deppartment and 30min after that called and said they are waiting for parts. 29/1/14 they said the sms was wrongly send. 30/1/14 sms was received that car is at panel beating. 31/1/14 sms received that car was in prep department. 3/2/14 Des said that they are waiting for parts. 4/2/14 sms received that car is at assembly. My car rental expired on 4/2/14 and the job was still not done and panelbeater blame insurance and vice versa. I only have 1 car. the panelbeater must pay for car rental till I get my car from them as they did nothing to the car for 2 weeks, about having parts and not having parts and delayed the process.
