On the 25 January 2013 I had an accident. I called my insurance and claim the very next day, they took close to a month to process my claim, then told me I hv to take my car to silver star auto body in Pretoria. The penal beaters sent an sms to tell me they are still waiting for parts and as soon as they hv parts they will contact me to bring my car to them. An insurance agent called me and told me that they will contact me every Wednesday to inform me of the progress OF WHICH HAS NOT BEEN DONE SINCE I DON'T KNOW. End of March I was told to bring my car on the 2nd of April 2013, my car has been with the penalty beaters since and the only thing Iam told is they are waiting for parts. They hv been since Mid February, I don't know if they are still growing the parts. I don't understand why they are taking so long or if they even ordered the parts and my insurance is not even giving me the progress or anything. They don't hv my interest they just want my money. I feel so robbed and disappointed.
