Disorganized Stuff and Curtacy Car headache

I got an sms from Panelbeaters to bring my car on Monday 20th May. I called regarding the Excess, and they said I will pay it when collecting the car.

I called MiWay regarding Curtacy car so as avoid hassles on that day, and I was told the Panelbeater will make the arrangments on paying the Excess.

The Panelbeater quoted me, which I didn't take that because I know, I am paying monthly fee for curtacy car.

I called MiWay again, Pretty Baloyi said, the Car Rental arrangments are made when the Parts are vailable at the Panelbeater. I though MiWay is suppose to be in contact with dealer and know when the parts are available in order to start making the Car Rental arrangements

Pretty made the arrangements and promised to send the Avis Instruction - which I never receied.

I called again today (18-05-2013) expecting the car will be delivered to Chako, but to be told Pretty will arrange Monday. Meaning I have to wait for the car on getting to Chako or fetch it from Avis myself, how because my car will be in Chako for fixing?

Must I make another arrangments to go to Avis?
