Unacceptable behavio

I recently had the worst experience at Ford barloworld Tygervalley.

Except that the Friday they could help me with a deal with Rx trade in amount on my car and then the Monday they couldn't help me and my trade in fell over a weekend with R5000 and was almost 10% less than the recommended for a perfect car, and I was told that a car with R42 000 incentive the trade in later would be exactly the incentive amount less because they wont up there profits, the sales man was blunt rude.

He made statements and when I asked valid questions of these statements made, I was immediately referred to dealership principles. I did not approach them nor can they sell a car to me and they didn't make the statements. After a few days i phone Jaco, which was just utterly rude and refused to speak to me and ended up putting down the phone in my ear. Then i sent him a mail to apologize although i did nothing wrong. He did not even make an effort to reply and just say, all cool sir don't worry about it. I was just ignored again. Disgusting.

They don't even want to tell me how they arrived at my trade in value, except for that is how they "felt". Maximizing profits
