VW made my car-buying experience a pleasure!

I needed to trade my car in and buy a new one. At Ford in Paulshof, the salesman became unpleasant and borderline rude when it came time to discuss a price for my trade-in. He offered me a pathetic sum for my car and I began to lose hope for a new car. I decided to try VW Bryanston anyway. The staff were far more welcoming and gave me a much better price for my car. My brother recommended that I go see Lee at VW Fourways, as he had had a good experience in his dealings there. From the moment I walked in, Lee was incredibly professional and accommodating. He gave me a great deal and got a price for my trade-in that exceeded my expectations. Thanks to him and Viola, who sorted out my financing and made sure I felt comfortable with the process, I was able to buy a Polo Vivo which I LOVE with all the extras I wanted! My car was ready within days and I got a fantastic car-kit gift with it. Best of all was that when I went to pick up the car, VW had put a big red bow on it, and when I drove out Lee rang a bell and everyone in the whole store clapped for me - what a way to make a customer feel excited! Brilliant brilliant service - I recommend Lee, Viola and VW Fourways to everyone!
