BEDS WITH BROKEN LEGS THAT ROCK LIKE A BOAT

My sister and i were in desperate needof beds but due to our bad credit record we ended up openning up an account at Savells which wasnt much of a hassle. We got two beds a single and a double. these beds were purchsed in December 2013. In February 2013 the plastic legs which support the beds broke on both beds i think two for each bed and the beds have six or eight supporting legs. Now the peroblem is oncwe the supporting legs are broken the beds dont balabce b t rock back and forth. The legs have a stick coming out of them which is the part that goes into the bed that got broken inside the bed so even if the legs are replaced they will be useless because the stick part is stuck inside the bed. My sister who oppened the account reported the incident to the shop on different occassions and each time were were told they would phone us to pick up the legs and replace them. What use are the legs if sonething is stuck inside the hole where they enter??? Anyway their Head Office was also contacted in May 2013 and we were promised new beds. Till date nothing has been done. Also the sales manager an Indian lady who's name we never got because she doesnt wear a name badge is VERY rude!
