Worest call center staff

I call AA to jump start my car, I was told someone be coming to help me out within the next half an hour. After 40 minutes I called back and was told the technician will be here in 20 minutes after 30 minutes I called back ans I was told the technician would be here in in 15 minutes after 20 minutes I called back yet again and then they sais the technician would be here in 20 minutes and dispatch will call me when they are close to my location. I then got a call form someone saying the technician is on his his way and will be here in 20 minutes. After screaming at the poor man on the only to find out he had only just been called to dispatch a technician 2 minutes prior.
