The pay point on the Blue Level in Brooklyn Mall Pretoria is taking R1 from each customer who pays not the exact amount of R7 flat for the day. I called for assistance, waited a half a hour - still waiting for them. They just never came. I watched this pay point, took R1 from each customer. Isn't this?
