Poor Customer Service

I called Minolta Trichardt 4 times today to request Lyenie to send a technician as our printer broke down, and the first call was placed around 10h10 and I was told all Technicians are in a Meeting on a Friday, and I called again after an hour and that was 11h10 and no Technician was available to assist me even though I started that this was urgent, and I called again around 12h28 and Technicians were still in a meeting, and I called again at 14h41 Lyenie told me a Technician was sent to my store to see if he can resolve a problem, and she told me that a Technician had left their workshop 10 minutes ago, and this was a as a Technician hasn't been to my store and now they're closed and I have no-one to repair our, as when I called again at 16h25 the phone was just ringing
