Bad Attitude towards clientelle

I send an email to Defy to get my fridge fixed!! I got a call within 30 minutes! I am thankful for that! The lady I spoke to (Marian) told me R399 was for the service and parts replaced by the technician and an extra R100 for the extra 30 minutes the technician is there! I was okay with it. When the technician was done, he told me I had to pay an extra R147.16 for parts replaced I was shoched spoke to Danny and he told me I had to pay it as they had replaced part but I was told 399 covered that!!! He spoke to me like i was getting a favour from himand I not paying for their service. His technician then decided that he has the right to speak to me the way he felt (said I need proffesional help so that my sickness can be cured) I just want the technician to tell me if he is a medical doctor.

Is this how you treat your clientelle!!! So disappointed!! Clearly you need to learn that being BULLIES can dent your COMPANY'S image.
