On the 15 th of January 2014, i took my vehicle for a service, firstly i must mention that the service was very poor, i won't be going back to that dealership. secondly i didn't receive my invoice, to check what was replaced on my vehicle i was told they are having problems with the system they will email it to me later that day, it's 2 weeks later i'm still waiting i even complained at Ford SA and i'm not getting anywhere. i'm even doubting that the service was done, why is it so difficult to resolve my query it won't even take 5 minutes of your time to email.

Can someone who understands what is customer service, sort this out
