Dont use Glass Doctor for your Windscreen

In August 2013, Glass Doctor replaced my windscreen. In January 2014 whilst driving along in traffic my rear view mirror fell off the windscreen. This caused the windscreen to crack around the mirror area by 3cm. I sent an email to Glass Doctor customer service and they blamed me for using extreme force on the mirror internally or externally without even an offer to inspect the windscreen. I then asked them to please come and inspect the windscreen. They did eventually after 1 week. When their team inspected the area and said that yes its was obviously caused by poor workmanship in either applying the mirror with the glue or as a result of the mirror splitting away from the windscreen. The site team even said that they used out of date glue sometimes which could also have contributed to this. They then proceeded to try for almost an hour holding on the mirror to get it to stick on the windscreen. After a day or so I followed up and the lady said she would replace the windscreen. Then one day later this guy called Arno called me and again accused me of extreme force and refused to replace the windscreen. What poor business practice! Poor workmanship and bad quality glass!
