Still Waiting for outstanding money to be payed me

I recently decided to treat myself and buy a motorcycle. In order to get financing I needed a learners permit. So I got on the internet and started searching, I found a bike that I was interested in and contacted the seller, while explaining to him that I stil needed a learners permit. This colegue of Martin van Niekerk, gave me Martin's number and told me I must phone Martin, he will help me have my learners permit within a weeks time, but I need to pay him R1500 for this service. I Went there the next day to find out how this is going to work.

Needless to say I payed Martin, but decided only later during the day to rather do it by myself, due to a time issue (I was working night shift at the time) at a testing station closer to my home.
It has been more than a week, and I am still without my money that Mr. van Niekerk owes me.

Every time I speak to him he promises I will have it by this time today or tomorrow. Same excuse every day. Not a guy who is true to his word. Lots of phone calls and empty promises, no results.

In our last conversation he told me "eks nie n laaitie nie" No Martin you are a old guy that acts like n "laaitie".

Terrible customer experience...
